You’re Interested . . . Now What?

Step 1: Submit Franchise Application

Simply complete in full and submit our Franchise Application.

Step 2: Participate in a Telephone Call

After reviewing and verifying your Application we will contact you by telephone. During the call we will get to know one another, answer questions, discuss your proposed territory, and schedule a convenient time to meet in person.

Step 3: Review Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC)

Upon mutual agreement and after we have contacted your references, we will mail you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). Our representative will contact you to complete the formal disclosure process. The UFOC is the document that describes Town Money Saver’s and your rights and obligations if we were to enter into a franchise relationship. It contains, as exhibit, the agreement that would be executed. We encourage you to review this document with your business advisors. After your formal disclosure, the Federal Trade Commission requires a 10-business-day waiting period before you can purchase the franchise.

Step 4: Enter Into a Franchise Agreement

Once you have decided to purchase a Town Money Saver franchise, together we will finalize your territory, schedule a time to meet with our representative, execute the agreement and pay your Initial Franchise Fee.

Step 5: Town Money Saver University

When we receive the Franchise Agreement and payment, we will contact you to schedule your attendance at our comprehensive orientation and training. Regularly scheduled sessions are held at the Town Money Saver corporate headquarters in Lucas, Ohio. After completing Town Money Saver University you’ll be on the fast track to The Good Life!
